Data, purpose and legal basis
We receive the information you provide: name, email, optional company and phone number, language of interest and message. We use it to answer your enquiry and prepare training or a proposal you request, based on your consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)). Consent does not include marketing communications. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
Sending an enquiry
The form prepares an email in your email app. You must send it from that app: completing the form does not automatically send your details to LINQ. Do not include sensitive information. When received, we manage enquiries using Microsoft/Outlook email supplied through GoDaddy.
Recipients and services
The site is hosted by Lovable and uses Cloudflare for delivery and protection. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses and security logs. Microsoft/Outlook and GoDaddy provide the email service. We do not sell your data. Opening WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn links makes their own policies applicable. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; applicable safeguards should be checked in their data protection terms.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and handle the steps you request. If a contractual relationship follows, necessary records are kept for applicable legal periods. You can request deletion when information is no longer needed, subject to legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Write to info@linqlanguage.es; we may request proportionate information to verify your identity. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
